Technical Support is based from IDscan’s offices in Canary Wharf and manned and operated by IDscan full time personnel. Currently, IDscan support more than 1,000 customers 7 days per week.

General Support

IDscan customers can contact IDscan Support 7 days a week either through the personal computer using live “CHAT” or by telephone during office hours.

Support contact can be made through the online chat system.

All support cases are registered on IDscan’s online support system and tracked through to completion using advanced support ticketing system.
